Build a book of business
you actually own.

Most insurance “opportunities” hand you a script, a dialer and a quota. We are building something slower and better: licensed producers who understand the product, serve real people, and keep their clients for a decade.

Who this is actually for

01

Already licensed

You hold a health & life license and you are tired of being a lead-cost line item on somebody else’s P&L. Bring your book. It stays yours.

02

Career changers

Sales, service, hospitality, trades. If you can sit across from a stranger and tell them the truth about money, the license is the easy part. We will walk you through it.

03

Self-employed already

You run your own thing and want a second income stream that compounds instead of one that resets to zero every January.

What you get here

  • A real product. Private PPO major medical for self-employed and 1099 people under 65 — not a discount card, not a mini-med, not something you would be embarrassed to sell your sister. We do not sell Medicare.
  • Direct mentorship from Scott. Not a recorded onboarding module. You sit in on live calls, you get your objections handled in real time, and you have his cell.
  • Licensing support. If you are not licensed yet, we point you at the right pre-licensing course for your state and stay with you through the exam and appointment paperwork.
  • A 31-state footprint. You are not boxed into one ZIP code. Non-resident licensing opens the whole book.
  • Ownership. Your clients are your clients. That is the entire point of this business and it is the thing most agencies quietly take from you.

Let’s be straight with you

This is a commissioned sales role. There is no salary and no base. If you need guaranteed money on the 1st and the 15th, this is the wrong move right now and we would rather tell you that today than three months in.

We are not going to quote you an income number. Anyone who does is either guessing or breaking advertising rules. What you earn depends on your license, your state, your hours, and how many people trust you. That is the honest answer.

You need a license to sell. If you do not have one yet, you can start the conversation now — but you cannot write business until your state says you can, and we do not bend on that.

It is slow before it is fast. The producers who do well here spend their first 90 days learning the product cold. The ones who wash out are the ones who wanted a shortcut.

How it works

Step 01

You reach out

Fill in the form or call. Tell us where you are: licensed, half-licensed, or starting cold. All three are fine.

Step 02

A real conversation

Twenty minutes with Scott, not a recruiter. He will tell you honestly whether this fits your situation — including if it does not.

Step 03

Licensing & appointment

If you are in, we get you through pre-licensing, the state exam, and carrier appointments. This part takes weeks, not days.

Step 04

You start writing

Ride-along calls first, then your own. You keep every client you bring in.

Questions people actually ask

Do I need an insurance license to join?

Yes, to write business you must hold an active health and life insurance license in your resident state. You can start the conversation before you are licensed, and we will point you to the correct pre-licensing course for your state and stay with you through the exam and the carrier appointment paperwork. You cannot sell until your state department of insurance says you can, and we do not bend on that.

Is this a salaried position?

No. Producer positions are independent contractor, commission-only roles. There is no base salary and no draw. If you need guaranteed money on the 1st and the 15th, this is the wrong move right now, and we would rather tell you that today than three months in.

How much can I earn?

We do not publish income figures, and you should be skeptical of any agency that does. Insurance recruiting income claims are regulated by state departments of insurance, and what you actually earn depends on your license, your state, your hours and how many people trust you. We will talk about the real compensation structure on a live call.

What do I actually sell?

Private PPO major medical coverage for self-employed, 1099 and small-business households under 65. Not discount cards, not mini-med, not indemnity plans dressed up as insurance. We do not sell Medicare.

Which states can I write in?

Scotty Jaymes Insurance is appointed in 31 states. Non-resident licensing opens most of that footprint to you, so you are not boxed into one ZIP code.

Do I keep my clients?

Yes. Your clients are your clients. That is the entire point of this business and it is the thing most agencies quietly take from producers.

Ready to have
the conversation?

No pressure, no pitch deck, no “limited spots.” Just tell us where you are at and we will tell you straight whether this is a fit.
