Information We Collect

When you request a quote through our website — including our coverage questionnaire — we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, state of residence, and your answers about the coverage you’re looking for. We also collect standard technical data (such as device type and pages visited) through cookies and analytics tools if you accept them.

How We Use It

To prepare and deliver your custom insurance quote.
To contact you about insurance products by phone, text message, or email, consistent with the consent you give when submitting a form. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can opt out at any time (reply STOP to texts, or use the unsubscribe link in emails).
To obtain quotes on your behalf from licensed third-party insurance carriers.
To improve our website experience through aggregate analytics.

What We Don’t Do

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the insurance carriers and licensed agents involved in preparing your quote or servicing your policy, and with service providers who help us operate this website under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Cookies

Our cookie banner lets you choose between all cookies (including analytics) or essential-only. Essential cookies keep the site functioning; analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the site. You can change your browser settings to refuse cookies at any time.

How We Measure Where Visitors Come From

When you arrive on this site we record, in the session storage of your browser, the website or app that referred you - for example a search engine or an AI assistant - the first page you landed on, and any campaign tags contained in the link you followed. This is stored under the key sj_src_v1.

It is cleared automatically when you close the tab, it is never shared with any third party, and it contains no personal information. If you submit a form, that referral information is included with your inquiry so we can tell which channels people find us through. It is not used for advertising, and it does not follow you across other websites.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site - which sections get read, how far people scroll, and where a page causes confusion. Clarity records a replay of the page as you move through it. Anything you type into a form is masked and is not recorded, and our contact and quote forms are masked in full. We use this only to make the site easier to use.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we’re legally required to keep as a licensed insurance agency).
