Born into challenge and constant change, Scott’s early life was defined by resilience. From childhood struggles to early independence, every hardship became the fuel for his vision. “I didn’t grow up with stability — I grew up with lessons.”
At 25, I hit rock bottom. My car was repossessed. My account was negative. I had nothing left but belief — belief that life had more waiting if I was willing to take the risk.
I made a decision that changed everything: I accepted a construction job in the U.S. Virgin Islands. I left my family, my friends, and everything familiar — chasing discipline and growth instead of comfort.
For two years, I worked in the heat, managed crews, rebuilt projects, and more importantly — rebuilt myself. I learned that comfort kills progress and pressure creates leaders.
Then I made the biggest gamble of my life: I packed up, quit that job, and moved to Tampa with no plan — just a vision. I started from zero again, this time in sales. No safety net. No fallback. Only work ethic.
That risk turned into the foundation for everything I have today.
I built a brokerage from the ground up — helping families protect what matters most and mentoring agents to achieve six-figure success nationwide.
